Variety: Tempranillo 75%. Garnacha 25% from old vines over 750m altitude of the Castilla y León area.
Elaboration: Manual harvest in boxes, despatched and crushed with daily pumping over.
Aging: 10 months in oak barrels
Conservation: Store in a cool place without light, avoiding sudden changes in temperature. Being a wine of guard and for its nonexistent treatments may have some decanting.
