Cherry red wine with orange brown rims. Aromas of ripe black fruit from the forest, toast, fruit, vanilla and aroma of cappuccino. Round and meaty with sweet tannins, with notes of caramel, prunes and buttery hints.
This wine is perfect to enjoy a relaxed meal in good company. Excellent for sausages, barbecue, mature meat and stews. Special food: Grilled beef steak cooked with holm oak. If I had to swim it with a fish, I would tamar it with a cod or a fish with sauce, even a spicy fish.
